Your appointment is very important to The Mane Studio Palm Desert and I understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.

Please notify The Mane Studio 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.

• Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
• LATE FEE POLICY: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, please be aware that your time booked will be consumed and you will not receive a full appointment service. All late arrivals that do not allow enough time for the booked service to be completed will be considered a no-show and a $25 service fee will be charged for the service that was missed.
